Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, so we aim to keep our cancellation policy fair for everyone.

              -Free cancellation is available if the reservation is cancelled at least 7 days before the check-in date.
              -If a booking is cancelled 3–6 days before check-in, 50% of the total booking fee will be refunded.
              -If a booking is cancelled within 72 hours of check-in, the reservation will be non-refundable.

If you need to cancel or modify your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you.In rare cases such as emergencies or natural disasters, we may review cancellations on a case-by-case basis.
